Sulphur is a picturesque, rustic area with
natural freshwater and mineral springs and streams. It is ideal for
camping, swimming, hiking, picnicking, fishing and bicycling. There is
a new multi-use trail for mountain biking, hiking and horseback
riding.

Sulphur adjoins the
Chickasaw National Recreation Area, a national park, on the south side
and is minutes from the clear waters of the Lake of the Arbuckles.

Our sister city, Davis, 7 miles west of
Sulphur, is the home of Turner Falls Park. Turner Falls is a 77-foot
waterfall rushing to the foot of the Arbuckle Mountains through Honey
Creek.
